  • You confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You authorize SDVS to review and use it for recruiting and evaluation purposes
  • You understand that employment opportunities depend on client requirements and internal selection criteria

Where permitted, SDVS may retain candidate information to support future opportunities, consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, icons, layouts, and materials) are owned by SDVS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and download materials only for internal evaluation and non-commercial use unless SDVS provides written permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works without authorization.
